Sound Card Issue

So, I recieved my Creative Sound Blaster Fatl1ty Edition in the mail yesterday. I set everything up properly. I don't know how to enable/use the remote. Can anyone help me?

what's the exact model # of your card?

Assuming yours is from the Champion series I'm trying to help you find some guidance via Creative's website. Here's the link I'm using: http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx

I'm assuming it has something to do with an IR blaster being plugged in and some software on your cd (or the site) that is used to configure remotes for the card.

Everything is hooked up as specified by Creative. I'll look in the console.

i cant find squat dude. i guess your on ur own unless someone here has one of these or can find something
