sound card help.

Hey,
I'm over at my cousins house and they need help with their sound, it doesn't seem to be the speakers, seems like there pluged in correctly, it may be the drivers for the sound card or jus the sound card but I'm not sure. My uncle said it just stoped working and they don't, they have no sound what so ever coming from the computer even though the speakers are turned on and everything.
Any ideas? (I don't know where to get soundblaster drivers)

Try different speakers first.

apears to be the sound card probably the driver cause I tried it with some headphones and it still diodn't work.
