I have a Sony Laptop (pcg-k115s) and just got a vga to euro connector (scart) cable, when i connect the laptop to the tv which is a Sony 30" lcd (klv-30hr3) all i get is flickering. ive tried changing some settings but when i do sometimes my laptops display freezes and looks all weird so then i cant see what im doing and have to keep restarting my laptop. my question is, is what im trying to do possible, with the tv and laptop and cable i have? and if yes, what should the display settings be?
