some sort of image grabber?(18+?)

Okay lol so when I got a girlfriend I deleted my 5,000+pictures of well stuff..

But her and I broke up and now I don't have my special pictures...
and nvnews.net and notebookforums.org have female rating threads and lol I want to get all of the pictures(Because I have no life) but their is like 8 zillion pages to each thread,

is their anything I can get that will like download all of the pictures?
I know I can go to save webpage and it will save all of the image,but that will take forever

lol any advice?

i cant recover the pictures because I have defragged my computer a couple of times since ive deleted the pictures
