screensaver problems

a lot of times when i set my screen saver to come up at around 5 minutes, it doesn't come up and just goes directly to standby mode, this happens on all the time intervals, anyone have a solution to this?

i had this same problem and actually found a fix for it off the microsoft website. i will have a look if i can find it again. but yeah, check the microsoft website or even google.

did you use windows vista or xp?
