S-video, Tv????

As far as a I know, the nvidia 6800 has svideo out, while the nvidia 6800 ultra has tv-out. Is it a major upside to have tv-out, or the ultra verion of the card in general?

Go w/ the ultra b/c the 6800 has almost the same fps as the 6600gt also the tv-out ant s-video out is the samething.
