RiData 128M Ezdrive does not work.

I bought a 128 megabete EZ drive. When I plug it into the back of my computer the computer does not reconize it. I have windows XP on my computer. The drive should be useable on a USB 2.0. I don't what version my USB version is and I don't know how to find out. Can anyone help here??

Well if Win XP doesnt automatically recognize the drivers for the jump drive, look and see if a driver cd came with the jump drive.
