Reviving old XP LT w/ new techonogoly

this XP LT has a IDE internal interface.

I look at the BIOS boot order
1.USB rest is blank
2.SSD
3.DVD
Ect.
So is it possible to boot from a USB connected HDD or SSD using this interface?

Note this LT will not be used as a portable but like a stationary desktop.
