Reformatting [ Which Windows ? ]

I am going to reformat this week and was wondering which Windows would be better for me. I have only used Windows XP Proffesional SP2. I am looking to upgrade to either SP3 or possibly Media Center Edition. Can you guys tell me the best Windows for me and your experiences with different ones ? This is a gaming computer and I use it for music movies and things like that.

from what i know, sp3 is just all of the updates after sp2 rolled into one. i have no experience with media center so you're on your own there.

just keep your copy of windows xp prof. and the sp3 is just a free update after your reformat

Don't bother with ME, it is not an "upgrade"

ME (colloquially known as Microsofts Error) was not a good OS, stick with XP Pro SP3

XP Pro. Heard there wasn't much benefit with media center, just had a bunch of extra crap on it.
