Recommended free spyware remover?

What program would you recommend to fix my recently ran into spyware program. I was d/ling music and ran into a torrent filled with spyware, some winspyware removal program and other junk. Help please?

Download windows defender for free. Its a pretty decent program for microsoft.

spybot is good. I like windows defender more for real-time, but when it comes to picking up things that got in, the Spybot, Ad-aware, NOD32 combo beats all.

The only problem with spy sweeper is how much memory it uses.

I don't have exact figures for you, but on the computers I've installed it on, there was a noticeable difference between before and after.
