It reads the iphlpapi.dll file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem. How do i get rid of this message?
 
What is "it"?

If you get this error on start up, reboot your machine. When the error message comes up, CTL-ALT-DEL before[/i] you close the error mesage. Check to see what programs are running. This should let you know what is trying to use that dll. Then just disable that program from starting with windows. Or re-install it.
