Normal RAM or Server RAM?

Hey all,

Have a Dell Precision Workstation 490, the person I bought it off said it was a server.
I'm having trouble buying ram, so I need professional opinion on what RAM this is?
Here are some pictures;

It reads the following on the ram stick;
Hynix
1GB 2Rx8 PC2-4200F-444-11
HYMP512B72BP8N2-C4 AB-A 0634 A

I'm thinking this is server RAM, the Crucial website told me the following;

Currently 2 x 1GB sticks, at 266mHZ.
Each memory slot can hold DDR2 PC2-5300 with a maximum of 4GB per slot.*
Maximum Memory Capacity: 32768MB
Currently Installed Memory: 2GB
Available Memory Slots: 6
Total Memory Slots: 8
Dual Channel Support: No
CPU Manufacturer: GenuineIntel
CPU Family: Intel(R) Xeon(TM) CPU 3.20GHz Model 6, Stepping 4
CPU Speed: 3192 MHz
Installed in pairs of modules.

Will the server ram on following website be ok?
Kingston ValueRAM | Desktop Memory | Laptop Memory | DDR | DDR2 | DDR3 | Memory
if so, which one should I choose.

Also are there any rules to abide by when you upgrade, seeing as I already have 2 x 1GB RAM sticks in there?

Thanks for listening, hope I get and answer! :)
Justin.
