RAM Latency

[mini_2003]

I bought RAM recently, and the latency settings were said to be at 2-3-3-6 on the Canterwoo 875P mobo, which is what i have, now, when i look at everest or CPUZ, it still says 3-3-3-8;

now my question : is it only showing it like that but operating at 2-3-3-6, or is it actually at 3-3-3-8, and how can i change it

i have a gateway if that has to do anything with it
