Printer

I recently added a new printer to my desk top computer, I set it to share with my laptop, and the laptop shows the corrrect printer when I go to control panel>printers. However it does not respond to the laptop. It works fine for the desk top computer. When I click on the printer and try to click on properties (CP>printer>properties) it says printer is not spooling. What does it mean and what have I done wrong now?

So you have file and print sharing enabled on your network? Go into Administrative Tools and go into Services after that. Find Print Spooler and right click it. Click on restart.

Thanks, however it didn't work. Must be something else. I am going away for a couple of week and won't have a internet connection. SO I'll have to get back to this then. thanks for the advice.
