primary master and slave are messing up

Sort if, i mean, there is still that delay between the bios and when windows starts loading, its like in the mbr or something. how could I erase that? windows98 startup disquette dont work and the xp booter cd dont work either

yeah the network boot is fixed but the delay between bios and windows is still there
its probably around 40 seconds.

That sounds about normal.

no, that is actually before windows starts loading. its slow. then once windows starts loading, after 40 seconds of having the pc on, it takes baout 30 seconds to finally boot all and be ready to be used.

the picture says it. 512 ram. 64 mb radion 7500. p4 1.8A ghz, 20gig pri master, 40 gig sec slave, dvd-rw sec master, scsi cd burner... thast about it.

before i installed partition magic none of thise happened.

Windows XP? If so, you could roll back the Computer with Restore Wizard to before you installed Partition Magic and see what happens? it leave your files all Ok.
