Port forwarding

I need to know what ports of mine are going to be open so I can download with utorrent. The port I have set on utorrent seems to be closed and I need to know which ones are going to be open so I can set it on utorrent.

Can someone help me I've already been to my ip and tried to set up the modem thingy but i couldn't find a port forwarding tab to configure it anywhere and it's getting frustrating.
