Motherboard- Asrock G31M-S
Power- Codegen Dual-575W
Processor- Intel core 2 duo E7300 2.66ghz
RAM- Kingston DDR2 4GB (2x2gb)
Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit
500GB Hard drive
Writemaster DVD player

I have a $300 budget i'm looking to change my Motherboard and Have better RAM.

Please help

I'd recommend getting an i3 and new mobo with some upgraded ram. Usually I'd say to look through the combo deals newegg offers but right now all the i3s come with a micro atx or itx board. Still, you should be able to get all three of these things for less than $300 even with 16 gb of ram.
