Please help me find a video card!!!!!

ITS THE SAME EXACT COMPUTER WITH MORE RAM BUT SMALLER hdd SORRY CAPS WAS ON << lol and still is:)

Okay so there is a third computer now.

I'll see what I can do. The 40GB drive needs to stay though, there definitely won't be enough room in that budget for a new one.

i am giving him a 250 just like mine so its not needed anyway :)

plz let me know if he should upgrade or if i should buy him that dell optiplex for his b-day

Perfect then.

Same as before, parts will come up one at a time, be patient.

Replace these parts:

i went over a little, but it is definitely worth it. The computer has a "220w" power supply, but I really need you to open it up and tell me the +12v amperage.

okay so two questions: 1. Should he upgradehis current computer or should i buy him the dell optiplex mentioned earlier for his b-day?

2. The motherboard you gave me the link to, what ram does it support? DDR2 or just DDR?

my friends computer or my friends?

1. Upgrade the current one. All the main components need to be swapped out either way, so you will end up with basically the same thing.

2. DDR2.

Please open the computer up and read the +12v amperage off the power supply label. This is very important because I migh need to change the video card to prevent the psu from dying.

there is a 12+ and a 12- which one you need?

you know what to make it easy ill just take pics of my comp kk?
