Pentium D with DDR ram

Will a pentium d be compatible with my ram, I have:
512mb of DDR 333mhz and
1024MB of DDR PC3200
So a total of 1.5GB

So does DDR ram work properly with a pentium d or do I have to have DDR2? thanks.

As long as your motherboard supports the pentium D, your good to go.
