pci card help :s

hi guys, im about to purchase a new desktop but it doesnt have wifi or bluetooth, i dont know very much about upgrading computers but i do know that there are many wifi pci cards available on the market,
but is there a wifi/bluetooth pci card available? type 802.11 n

i have found a few but they're not the 802.11 n type,

can anyone help me find a decent one? one of my problems is i have virtually no knowledge about this stuff, so when i do find somthing, i have no idea if its any good or not, and its very important that this works flawlessly for me.

any info on this would be much appreciated, thanks

I've always had trouble setting these up, but a friend uses this on, and he says it is reliable and easy to use.

thanks danny, but its a 2 in 1 bluetooth and wifi pci card im looking for, have you any other suggestions? or does such a thing even exist? help! lol
