Hello I have an i7-3770k and is running usually at 90(most)-100f idle and at 104-130 usually on full load at 100% CPU- are these temps normal- I believe they are but need to make ahds

Yeah the high end CPU chips run a lot warmer than those of older vintage.
My i5 runs anywhere from 88 to 95 at idle. When busy it can go as high as 135.
The good thing about an Intel CPU chip is you can't kill it heat wise. Its internal thermal protection circuit won't let you. It throttles back and if still hot, it shuts down.
Running at cooler temps is always desirable but if you run with in specs you're not going to hurt it.
