hello everyone, I am new here but I am having a problem with a laptop HP Pavilion zd7000. I'm not sure if its a hardware or software problem. It has a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 video card in it and every time I install the latest driver for it, the whole screen will go black although windows loads. It has windows xp home edition on it. If you need anymore information let me know.
