How do i apply a password to a folder in xp pro?

I was wondering that myself, it says while installing that you can but I still haven't figured out how.

I know how to make it priavte but not make it a password. Would making it private help you?

Use winrar, you can use passwords through that

i've been trying to find that out for years. xp doesnt have a feature to do it, at least i dont think. but you can download some random program that will do it for you
