Overclocking Ram

I need help overclocking my ram. I have two 1gb sticks of corsair xms2 pc5400(667) timing 5-5-5-15. I currently have my e6600 at 3.294(366x9). What should I set my timings and my memory fsb for the best performance. Im a noob when it comes to memory overclocking. Also do I have to have to set the voltage higher for memory?

well the only way you are going to know which brings the best performance is to test it. But clock speed has a bigged effect than timings.
And increasing the voltage does make it possible to push the ram even further, however voltage is the thing that brakes stuff when oc'ing, so be very carefull with the voltage.
