i have been having some troubles with my overclock so i decided to start again,

what ive got running now is q6600 at 333x9=3ghz and thats stable .

so i went into ram and changed it from 5-5-5-18 to 4-4-4-12 and 800mhz and thats stable the fsb:dram is 5:6 and im wondering if thats ok .
or could i up the ram to 835mhz.

i no its not very well explainded but what could i do to improve ram , with getting BSOD like last time wich scared the crap out of me

You could probably up the RAM if you wanted, but IMO it's fine as it is. Just keep raising the FSB bit by bit, and if you hit a wall, lower it a bit.
