outlook express

i used to open outlook express and it would open in like a mili sec.
now i open it and it opens up aim and then take a while the bo opens up but it freezes for like 30 sec.

can u tell me how to fix thsi

Maybe make it so that Windows XP doesn't load AIM during startup. Msconfig in the Run menu.
