I'm searching for a good online database program the nonprofit organization I work for could use; accordingly, cost is a key factor. We want to create a database in which we could store all the projects (memos, articles, etc) our employees have created in the last few years, with easy access to all of them (via tags, perhaps?). Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
