Omg Please Help

i have a Syncmaster 730B moniter that has dual input..VGA..and DVI..well i have beed using VGA for a while now and then i went out and bought a DVI cable

when i swtich its modes from analog to digital...the moniter goes in standbye mode(that green LED light flashes)..


please help i just spent $80 on this cable

sorry about no one replying, it might be because they dont know how to answer your question.. have you tried manufactuer support?

yea but Ati customer support suck the phone doesnt even pick up

no..i didnt it might be..its wierd it goes into standbye mode

You might need the monitor drivers. Yes some monitors require thier very own drivers. My Nokia did and the extended functions of the monitor would not work with out them. Look in to that before you lose your cool.

something someone said somewhere was that unplug the power connector from ur mobo.

then hit the power button (nothing will happen yes) but that will like clean out all ecess electrical charge in the transistors and junk like that.
