OH NO! not again

if you have noticed I havent been online in the last week thanks to my stupid ISP.
Now its all back up and running but I have a major problem.

all my x32 bit software doesnt seem to work , E.G. if i click into firefox nothing will load so i exit then get the windows message that firefox has stoped working(same with most things like itunes and xfire) . im so

At the moment i am using 64bit IE.

i had this problem a few months ago and the way I fixed it was reinstalling vista and I dont want to do that again!

can some on help me plzzz

its now fixed it turns out that it was Nod32 failed update that was blocking every 32 bit program . yay im so happy now

it was as simply as entering 3 words into CMD last time i reformated my computer... i feel like an idiot
