Office 2007

hi

i have Microsoft office 2007 home and student edition. I have had it about one year and it was working fine. but now when i open it up and ive done some work on it when i click the office button in the top left corner and then save, it doesn't come up with the save window and it doesn't save it this is the same with the open feature. Its like its kind of dead. Can anyone tell me what this is and a solution because i am desperate!

Let me get this straight,you can Save it manually,but when you go to close office,you dont get the 'Do you want so save changes to document?' window?

no you just cant save it at all or you cant open a new document!

I would just un-install it,and then re-install it.
