NX4 for Windows Vista

One of my friends has given me a disk for nx4 but it is having licensing problems when it comes to installing in windows vista. It doesn't encounter the same problem with xp. Does anyone know a quick fix to this. I really need this program to run as I am in engineering.

Unigraphics, 3D modelling. Program cost 50 000 regularly.

Designed for modelling parts. I got it working on my desktop but still can't get it working on vista.

Vista still has many compatibility issues. The company who makes NX4 may have an update on their website, or may release one soon.
