Nvidia 181.20 driver problems

The latest release is the 181.20 for the Geforce series.

Mine is the 6 series 6200 AGP.

I uninstalled my old drivers and made a clean install of the new one and found that all animations and games freeze as soon as they start running.

I have updated my DirectX(9.0c) and have also tried to install the drivers in Safe mode but still no chance of playing any animations.

Any ideas?

Did your old drivers work?

If so why not just go back to them.

yeah i am currently using my Old drivers but just wondering why the newest one's don't work properly even though my card is supported.

What OS are you running?

EDIT: Looks like a lot of people are having the same problems.

Looks to be a bad driver revision.
