New GPU and PSU

ok, well i think its time to upgrade my gpu....my old geforce 6600le isn't cutting it anymore. my budget is $510. i need a new psu as well because the one i have now probably wont be able to handle a new gpu (500w) and its a cheapo P.O.S. and i dont trust it with a new fangled gpu.
please find me a good gpu (i would like for it to be an 8800) and a good psu to handle it (preferably modular but not a big deal).

Probably the most reliable site/guy for PSU info.

OCZ is Tier 4. The Silverstone I recommended is Tier 1, meaning the best of the best.
