The Team Group RAM will oc to DDR1000 no doubt. It will do DDR-1000 CAS4 with some nice voltage like 2.4V. Very very good RAM. I'm getting that RAM for my Conroe build. Uses Micron D9GMH in case you wanted to know. Same thing as those Crucial Ballistix and Corsair 6400C3/8500CL5.

Thanks for the help, I'll think about that.
There are a few more options regarding the rid;
I can add about 200$ and get 1TB of HD space instead of 500GB, should I get that too? The 1TB is 500GBx2 while the 500GB is 250GBx2 so if I'll get the 500GB option looks to me like I couldn't upgrade it but the question is will I ever need to?

Well, this rig is prebuilt, for any changes I'll have to pay extra.
640GB is pretty much same as 500GB anyway, 1TB is different though.
