update on GPU and PSU
I traded the 5750 for a DIAMOND 5770PE51G Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

plus I picked up a CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply . Still looking for help with Rams and CPU

Update: New Cpu

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ965FBGMBOX

So far so good but is there's a reason nobody here is giving any advise?

And your budget? I would suggest waiting a bit and buying it all at once rather than running out and buying a part as soon as you see it

I never thought of it that way but i've got this far, that's no turning back now:D Budget, i'm not sure, never looked at it that way. So far I have about $750 to $800 invested. Here's what i have as of right now.

We need to know what you have already purchased so that we can find parts that are compatible and in the performance region. Also provide some sort of a basis for your budget so that we don't have the extremists in here suggesting 5970 crossfire for you.
