Need some help

Hi all, newb to the forums, need some serious help.

Got a new system, a server workstation, 2 AMD Opteron dual-core cpu's, 4GB RAM, 40GB SCSI hd, Nvidia video card. Problem is this, when powering on system, gets to the Post screen, with no problem, once it goes past that, the sytems powers down, after about 20 seconds.

I have swapped the SCSI cable, thinking something was wrong with it, replaced the video card, took out 1 CPU, and the memory in it's bank, nothing is working. I don't know what else to do. PLEASE HELP!! I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

What happens when you turn it on? Does it make a beep or just not even come on that far?

Do you have a powerful enough power supply? It sounds like it can't handle the load and is shutting down. 2 dual core opterons sounds pretty power demanding.

What is your power supply's wattage? That happened to me before... (the power supplu wasn't powerful enough)
