Need a new Video Card, Newegg deactivated it after i ruturned one

ok I had an Evga 8800GTS ordered and shipped to my house, it was DOA so i returned it back to them and asked for a replacement, it just so happens as soon as it gets to them it gets deactivated and is no longer sold by them heres the link to the card i had, someone PLEASE set me up with something that is similar or better in quality and at around the same price... if any other specs on my system are needed please just let me know....
