-skt939
-1000mhz fsb
-supports athlon64 & hypertransport
-has dual channel memory(4slots, upto 4gb)
-has pcie x16
-has anykind of onboard video(can be crappy)
-has sata raid 0 or 1 or 0+1
-can be OC'd easily
-preferably in the $75 range(can be more)
-maybe have SLi capabilities

um can u guys recommend one?
