Need ISP!!

I live in the UK and looking for a good ISP with NO CAP and 2 MBPS!

I am on Wanadoo 512K capped at £27.99 (and a 40 GB cap!!! )

can anyone recommend me one!?

sounds icky, Price is icky .... I can get a nice 512k for 20$ in the US with Unlimited Bandwidth.. No caps :-/
