need help oc 5400 be past 3.2ghz

hey yall im new here, so hii

just got my rig set up, here are the stats:
5400+ be--OC to 3.2ghz via multiplier
tul 780g mobo
2gigs of 800mhz ram by gskill

right now with the oc to 3.2ghz the temps read 24c at idle on the speedfan software, with load its around 32C.

I wanted to oc the processor even more, but i was wondering if i shud just do it through the multiplier or if there is anything else i need to adjust...
