If I was you, id get a 17" LCD that is <8ms rather than a 19" LCD that is >8ms, you will notice a difference when gaming, and MAY reduce your total price.
 
sorry to go back to the topic of the monitor, but i really wouldnt buy that monitor the contrast ratio is so bad, and big monitors need all the good specs for graphics to look ok. i'd recommend a 17 inch you'd be able to save money, or spend about a 100 more and get a decent 19 inch.
