Hello i was just wondering if this pc has good specs. I would like to play dawn of war 2, sims 3 starcraft 2 when it comes out at max graphics.

Will this do the job?

AMD 3.0 ghz dual core comes with Max orb cpu cooler really good cooler for overclocking

1 gig ATI 4870 graphics Card

4gig 1066 team xtreeme dark ram

1x 640 gig hdd

2x 160 gig hdd

Thermaltake Soprano case + 720 wat psu

Its $500 aud

Pretty good system, only possible weakness I'd see is the processor. I assume that's a 6000X2 or something similar, I'd consider upgrading that at some point to a quad core. Should do pretty well overall though..

Or is this computer better?
Q6600 cpu GO stepping with Thermalright Ultra 120 eXtreme cooling + 120mm fan
P5K Deluxe Asus motherboard with wifi+2LAN
8800gts 320mb video with thermalright HR-03 cooling + 80mm fan
6Gb RAM undervolted at 1.8v 800mhz Ballistix PC8500 + Geil PC8500
500mb SATA II HDD
DVD + CD
Antec SLK3700AMB case with 2x 120mm fans
Does NOT come with OS (previously running windows 7 64bit)

Has setting in Bios for 2.8Ghz(summer) and 3.2Ghz(winter): The bios settings are for 100% load. The house is a timber cottage which got very hot in summer(40deg). Always used temperature monitoring software.
Custom built in 2007. Used for 3dsmax, video editing, Adobe suite, and games

I asked the guy about the cpu for this first one and he said the model is 7850.

i have no idea what that means haha so is it any good?

Thanks!

Yeah he saod its the athlon 7850 black edition.
Would i be better off with the second one and buy a new graphics card?
