I know someone who needs a computer, for $200-$250, NEW parts. I'm sick of dealing with dumb idiots from craigslist who lie, be stupid, don't intend to sell, or tell you that their PC is so godly with it's 1.4 GHz P4 processor and that numerous people are humping him like a Scottish Terrier trying to get it, like you should too. So, I think I should just buy one online, all the ones in the stores are too expensive. I really would rather not hunt for items all over the universe to get the PC, I know this is one of the most impossible things ever, but, bare with me. I need it pre-built, I am a walking disaster, I'd break everything and light it on fire if I tried to build it.

It does NOT need integrated video, just an AGP 8x slot. I have a spare 128 MB AGP card. It does NOT need to be PCI-e. Needs integrated sound.
