My PC and vista

So, I have a vista Home Premium license, AND an XP one.

Would Vista run OK on this PC? It would be nice.

it's going to struggle to be honest with you. i'd recommend a dual core with 2gb of ram and raid0. also, you'll only have 25 gigs of free space after vista is installed AND you're running on an IDE hdd which would be extremely slow, even on a single sata HDD its slow. i'd stick with xp for now man

I have two 160GB SATA II Drives in there aswell...
