Check out these interior shots of the case. Don't look like it's gonna fit.

Figure with the standoffs adding another 3/8 of an inch plus the height of the heatsink with a fan parked on top of it, you're going to be right at the bottom of the PSU. And if the PSU has a bottom fan it's going to be disrupting the air flow to the heatsink.
And the heatsink has to be inside the dimensions of the motherboard.

Yeah, doesn't look like there's that much space around the mobo tray.

If the heatsink hits the bottom of the PSU, just take the fan of and let the PSU take the heat out.

thanks for the interest guys, even if the zalman touched the psu it would be ok, i wouldn't remove the fan... just turn the front fans to max and the rear as well.
