But it's working now.

Last night I closed down an application and the computer froze. Couldn't do anything with it. So I had to do a hard reset.

I expected it to boot up fine. But it didn't. Nothing came up on the monitor and I got no beep codes. So it wasn't even reaching that part of the boot process. So it wasn't the GPU. All the fans were spinning, the hard drives were spinning so everything seemed to be fine. Until I removed the side panel on the computer.

I have Crucial Ballistix Tracers with the LED lights on them. And the CPU wasn't accessing the RAM. Cause the lights on the 'Tracers weren't on let alone moving.

So the problem was either the CPU or the motherboard. I slept on it.

This morning I replaced the CPU, with a Athlon XP 64 3000+ 1800Mhz :( , and it worked straight away.

Sweet! And i've OC'd it to 2250Mhz.

I'm not going to bother with another 939 CPU now i'll wait for ASUS or DFI to bring out an AM3 motherboard then go for an upgrade.
