Spend a little more and get the Core 216 versions of the card. You will see a huge difference in performance.

I would definitely go with a Core i7 920 if you want quad-core. Of course that would mean switching to an X58, ditching the GTX260, getting an HD4870X2 or 2 HD4870/50 to Xfire, and getting some DDR3.
