Multi Monitor problems

So, I built a comnputer for a guy and it isn't working properly. He can use it for a few seconds and when he uses both the screens it crashes and leaves window glitches on the screen. ANy help?

latest drivers?

i was having problems when i overclocked graphics card it wouldnt start up propperly. remove any overclock.
