msn keeps deleting recieved files

well im trying to get a vid from a friend, and when i get it through msn and it finishes transferring and shit, it just gets deleted or something. its not there. any way to stop this?

maybe virus software deleting it...or u changed the directory where it stores the received files (its default is in my documents)...
