they are exactly that...activities you can share with another person over a msn conversation...also the person has to invite you to do remote desktop assistance and then you click accept and you will see stuff happen...the whiteboard should be working and if it isnt it is not a great lossas it is just a whiteboard thing where you and your friend can write on....
